Reiki Sessions
The Reiki practitioner can either lay hands on the fully clothed client or situate the hands 4 to 6 inches above the body. Healing works on a spiritual, mental, emotional and/or physical level. The reiki energy is channeled to the client and goes to the areas of the body that is needed most, usually to root of the problem. All people can benefit from reiki; the young, old, sick and even healthy. People recovering from poor health, physical pains, emotional upset. Reiki can help all on some level.
Clients can have many sensations throughout a session. It is unique to each individual. Depending on the clients’ health, there can be physical sensations such as heat, cold, tingling on the skin, buzzing in the ears, and/or a feeling of warmth surrounding the body. Mentally, a client may have visualizations such as swirling colors and images. Reiki can aid with more sound sleep, it can reduces stress through relaxation, help relieve physical pain, stimulate spiritual growth and heal emotional stress. Some clients may not feel anything, but this does not mean Reiki is not working.
Energy healing treatments should not be substituted for traditional orthodox medicines but should be used as a supplement to patient care.

BodyTalk Sessions
The BodyTalk system brings together a wide range of cultures, modern, ancient and oriental, concepts and ideals. This system is different from other modalities in that the clients innate wisdom informs the practitioner through a systematic process the imbalances of the body, mind and spirit. This process is achieved through a neuromuscular feedback system between the innate and the practitioner. Once the practitioner understands the body's innate wisdoms priorities then the practitioner reestablishes good communication of the mind and body through gentle touch and a "tapping" process on the head (brain) and the sternum (heart). This tapping is needed to register the priorities within the conscious/subconcious mind and to store the memory within the heart complex. This process facilitates the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing of the clients body.
